Responsible Energy Partners (REP) is a solar power integrator with it's headquarter in Maryland. We provide custom designed solar PV solutions to residential and commercial clients. At REP, we form a group of talented and enthusiastic professionals who are motivated to deliver green energy to our clients. REP is a fairly new and growing company and we look forward to add more motivated and enthusiastic people to our team.

At REP we consider that the backbone of our company is our Sales Consultant team who helps us deliver green energy to the clients and contribute towards the growth of the company at the same time. We are looking forward to add two sales professionals, Solar Energy Consultants (SEC), to our team at this time.

Responsibilities of a SEC:

  • Define Solar Sales Region (SSR) for him/her self within Maryland, D.C., Virginia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Massachusetts.
  • Generating residential and commercial solar leads, minimum 8 per week.
  • Interacting with residential/commercial customers and educating them on solar.
  • Completing Solar Site Visit (SSV) forms.
  • Presenting sales quotes to customers.
  • Managing sales pipeline, scheduling meeting with customers, scheduling site visits.
  • Learning how solar works and about the solar industry in general (training provided).

Qualifications :

  • High School / Associate degree.
  • Previous sales experience, solar sales experience preferred but not required.
  • Experience in using online sales tools.
  • Motivated to work in a minimum sales quota based environment.

Benefits & Compensations :

  • This position would be fully commission based till the first 5 sales.
  • After the first 20 sales, SEC would automatically be promoted to the Regional Sales Manager position and would be allowed to form his/her own sales team.
  • Company sales package would be provided which includes solar PV lessons, sales training, company t-shirt, business cards and brochures.
  • Monthly reimbursement for gas and mileage after the first sale onwards.
  • Company tablets would be provided after first five sales.

Other requirements :

  • Must be computer literate.
  • Flexible to meet clients during weekends and/or after 5 pm
  • Must have a vehicle to commute.
